We manage and report on the entire sales process in order to maximize your ROI (return on investment). We will calculate two ROI figures – one for value added to the sales pipeline, which measures the success of the telemarketing campaign, and the other for the revenue generated by actual sales, which measures the success of the sales team.
Sales pipeline ROI will be continually monitored by your assigned Account Director using our internal ROI spreadsheet which tracks all leads passed across to your sales force. Sales ROI is tracked using our regular lead management review and closed loop process to determine the actual sales achieved as a result of your telemarketing campaign. By contacting the original prospect as well as your Sales team, we can deliver an independent and unbiased report on where exactly the ‘lead’ sits in your sales cycle and thus provide an accurate picture of the sales revenue generated by your telemarketing campaign.

Reporting
Generating information from the Quanta system is vital in effectively managing the work performed on your campaign. The Quanta system can provide reports in a variety of formats and can be distributed via email or made available on-line through our Quanta eServices client portal. The nature of the reports you receive will depend on your individual requirements – as specified prior to the start of your campaign.
Ultimately, our reporting system allows you, and us, to continually monitor the results of your campaign as well as provide a full examination and analysis of all market intelligence and feedback.
eServices
Our eServices platform gives you the option of carrying out your interaction with us over the web. This is an efficient interactive lead tracking system which provides you with the opportunity to view details, such as lead notes, contact details and lead history, as well as any or all reports on your programmes. Our eServices platform acts as a portal, providing exactly the same functionality, as you would get if the databases were hosted on MicroStrategy’s servers. This has now been extended to include a remote database offering.
