Our Future Stars Leadership Programme is a symbol of the dedication we have to our employees, with the purpose of bringing out the true potential of each individual. It has been designed by our MD, Jindy Dale, to equip individuals with the long-term personal and commercial skills needed to become future leaders as well as the opportunity to ‘fast-track’ to other positions within quantum tm.
Employees are appointed onto the Future Stars Leadership Programme thanks to their outstanding performance in a number of areas. Throughout the modular training programme delegates have the opportunity to experience leadership, analyse their leadership styles and extend their leadership skills.
