Our in-house CRM system, Quanta, supports our Telemarketing Consultants in the effective management and use of data whilst allowing them access to our central data repository. Our reporting system is used to compile management and operational reports from this central repository.

Our web portal, Quanta eServices, provides access to the Quanta application and data, on-line and in real-time. This system is primarily used to support field sales forces and channel partners, but is also used to provide on-line reporting and data transfer to clients. The service has been developed to ensure that it and its supporting data is secure from a confidentiality, integrity and availability perspective.

All of our Telemarketing Consultants have access to a highly available telephone system which can scale to many thousands of concurrent users.
